Sakshi Doshi (she/her) is a Boston-based visual artist, educator, and curriculum developer, holding a BFA in Painting from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and an MFA in Painting from Boston University.

Sakshi finds joy in discovering intriguing shapes formed by light and shadow during her walking explorations. Her work delves into transient moments, exploring shapes and timestamps in architecture. Finding comfort and inspiration in certain shapes and architectural forms, she considers them like home, where emotions are freely shared.

Sakshi's recent exploration involves working with cotton muslin, a translucent fabric she acquired during a trip to India. Through a process involving warm iron and fresh ink, she creates works that breathe and evolve. Passionate about painting, printmaking, and photography, Sakshi has participated in group shows in New York, Boston, and Mumbai. Her works, characterized by organic grids and the interplay of light and shadow, have been showcased on various online platforms and virtual exhibitions.
